I would not recommend Rupcoe based on the phone customer service. The woman with whom I spoke with at least 5 times over a 24 hour period due to Rupcoe not honoring the time they said they would arrive, consistently referred to me as “honey” or “sweetie.” When I initially called for a service call, she said 2-6 pm today. I said ok. I called at 5pm just to confirm. She said yes, I was the next stop. Close to 6 pm, she called to reschedule for “first thing tomorrow morning between 8-9 am.” I said fine. No call no show. 9:15 I called and was told she was alone and could not take the time to call me. She rescheduled for “before 12 today.” I said ok. No call no show. I called the office and was told today between 3-7. I had completely lost faith that they would show so I canceled. She called me back and said someone would be here by 4. Because of this, I needed to take 8 hours PTO (4 hrs each day). It was a terrible experience.
