Had a leaking outdoor faucet where I could not locate the shutoff valve and could hear water running. Called for service and RupCoe arrived the same day within a few hours. Josh arrived on site and quickly checked different locations for the valve and determined it had to be behind a wall between a bathroom and garage walls. After considering options, he thought it would be best to open up a colder block in the garage. After some effort he located the valve which was enclosed behind the bathroom wall and would not have been easily reached by going thru the bathroom. He quickly analyzed the problem and offered a new solution to move the valve into the garage and install a new hose bib. The work was done properly and with precision. Rich came the next day to close up the wall and it looks like it never was touched. These guys did great work and would recommend them for going above and beyond. Thanks Josh and Rich!
